"Well, Maria wanted to tell you that she was pregnant. You are family after all. I found the chaos emerald on my own, thank you. The government's communications is online. You're just not in reach yet," Shadow said.
Maria waited for the doctor.
Above the sky was the Black Comet. The Black Arms has returned once more. Shadow looked out a winodw. "Oh you have got to be kidding me!"

Sarah quickly followed after them, hopping p a little bit to grab a hold of Gerriks hand. feeling somehow after if she was holding it as they walked though the city. The little raccoons eyes continuously looking upward at the sky.
She kept getting the strange feeling in the pit of her stomach, and a warm strange feeling in her chest as a slight glow started, reacting to the small raccoons worried emotions.
She Looked back at Strife and Gerrik, then in the direction the shop was in. She smiled very slightly, her ears twitched back and her tail flickered a little bit "y..yeah..i..its just a feeling" she said. though the way she said it did not sound confident at all.

Shag's ears went right up and she began to mumble in some alien language. Espi gave her an odd look, questioning what was happening. Shag then shook her head with a groan. Her eyes never left the sky.
"What is it, Shag?" Espi asked, pawing at Shag's arm. "Are you okay? What is it? WHat is it?!"
Shag mumbled something to herself then spoke a loud "Wef been spot'd. Gawn's heedin' dis wai. Go cut 'm awf, Es. Bring ST too." While she never moved her eyes, Espi could see how serious it was. Thusly the kitsune nodded and jumped from the pole.
None too far away ST was walking, reflecting on his past still. Everything that had happened. Oh he had changed so much. So very much. He chuckled at the thought that his creator would never reconize him now. Or would he? Ah, ST would have to check that next time he saw one of those ships flying. Maybe even muse him for awhile, ah, call him "master" and "sir" before he scared him out of his mind.
"ST! ST!"
The calling of his name snapped ST back into reality. "What Espi?" he grunted, "I was thinking!"
"Shag needs us to stall GUN. They've finally located us," the dwarf answered the larger fox. All three of her tails were flapping like wild, showing she had ran the entire distance.
ST sighed and shook his head. "Come on. We'll feed them flames until Shag feels safe enough to fight."

Metal Ashura jumped out of the way as Espi jumped down, nearly landing on top of him. "Hey!" he glanced at Espi's retreating form and looked up at the unmoving Shag. "What's going on? Is it anything I can help with? Is there gonna be an adventure?" he asked, a gleam in his robotic eyes as he spoke the last sentence.
The doctor finally finished hooking the required wires and such up, and flicked a switch; slowly, a blurred image of the child appeared on the screen. Meanwhile, Omega was waiting patiently, studying the humans and occasional anthro that cowered or ran.

Day 1 Time: 0850
*Dr. Robotnik peered out the window as a faint, but visible object appeared to glow red in the background. It approached at a fair velocity, making it appear to have a flaming, neon red tail behind it. The coloration of the object itself was of a dark, purplish-black. The shape was of a mass of rock, almost undescribable. Robotnik relaxed back into his chair, rocking a bit before clearing his throat with a loud, boisterous cough. He fixed the angle of his shades, and looked dead at the black and red hedgehog in the room.*
Robotnik: Well then, it seems your little Black Arms friends have returned. Yet...didn't you destory that once already? Then why are they back? And what for? Bah! Well, who cares! They seem to have come at the wrong moment! A delightful target they will provide for the grand announcement that I will soon make to planet and your government down below! Buh-hah!
*Robotnik looks at a small, hovering robot, and motions towards it.*
Robotnik: What is the velocity on that thing? Also, how much time do we have before it reaches true orbit around the planet?
*The robot pauses it movements for a second, as if it were thinking, and then turns towards the large, red garbed man.*
Robot: System reports that the said object, recognized as the Black Comet, is approaching the planet at a velocity of 1,300 kilometers per hour and is slowly decreasing its terminal velocity somehow. System estimates that said object will reach the planets orbital ring in ten minutes. System reports that this could interfere with our pre-determined plans.
*Robotnik scratches his chin, followed by a slight slamming of his fist onto the console table in front of him.*
Robotnik: Perfect! That provides just the right situation. Shadow, why don't you make yourself useful and head back to the planet. They might need you more than what you are doing up here.

Shadow glared at Eggman. "I'm going to destory that comet. I'm not standing around waiting for orders. I'm not letting my child be born in this world with the Black Arms here. And they aren't my friends. Give Maria a call, would you? She wants to talk to you." With that siad, Shadow chaos controlled to the Black Comet.
Maria waited for the doctor to tell her the gender.

Sarah smiled some as soon as they made it to the shop. Her fluffy tail wagging a little bit "T..thank you big brother Gerrik, t..thank you strifey." the little raccoons nose twitched some "mmm I can smell the goodies inside, heh, lets go in and t..try...s..so..some?..."
The little raccoon slowed down her talking as she stared up into the sky. she swore she saw some streak go though the sky. She kept her little eyes fixed on the sky now, her fluffy little ears falling back against her head. She gulped a little bit, trying to keep calm and not panic. She didn't know what that streak of red light was far off into the sky
She took a deep breath and looked at Getrrik and Strife "uhh..d..do..do..or..d..did you guys ..s..see that?" she asked curiously. trying not to make her voice sound to frightened.

Shag didn't respond to the robot. Her eyes didn't even move to look at Metal Ashura. It was like, in her mind, he didn't exist. Yet the sound of ice cracking could be heard as the hedgehog melded her element in her hands. The ice formed into a familiar figure of Shag's scythe.
The scythe's blade was glistening as water dripped off it, the ice melting from around it.
Espi took out a bottle of rum, holding it out to ST. The older fox took the bottle and, with a look of somewhat disgust, took a drink. He handed Espi back the bottle, she took a swig of it and then put it away.
"We goin' all out?" questioned the small kitsune. Her hand was on Excalibur, Espi nodded over her shoulder. "The troops arn't far. We need a plan now."
ST nodded. "Leave none alive to tell the tale.... But kill only the military, Espi! Don't harm civilians. And, more importaintly...." The fox looked up towards the sky for a minute. "Bring down a copter for me and leave it in ONE piece."
Espi groaned from the restrictions. "You're no fun at ALL ST," she snorted, "Besides, I hear mechs coming, not as many ground troops."
"They got smart, huh? No big deal. Just get me a helicopter...."

"It's a boy, Maria." the doctor said simply. "Congratulations." he turned off the machine and put all the wires and such away. "I hope the robot isn't the father?" he asked as the sound of sirens came closer to the hospital.
Omega turned in the direction of the doors, sensing police vehicles. He walked to Maria's room and said, "Someone panicked and summoned the authorities. I will meet you later, Maria." before activating his jetpacks and blasting out the doors.
Metal Ashura took a step back, his visual sensors widening at the sight of the ice scythe. "Wow, it's like a combination of Marluxia and Vexen!" he said stupidly.

Day 1 Time: 0852
*The black hedgehog that once occupied the crowded space on board the flagship's command deck vanished with a flash, leaving the large man rubbing his eyes again*
Robotnik: Bah...foolish Hedgehog! Well, he's only getting in the way! He might just survive, if he's lucky!
*The small hovering robot from before glides into view, and begins to speak in its metallic, generalized robotic voice.*
Robot: Communications now in range. All lines are open. System is hacking into all radio waves and cable lines available. The government lines will be notified that you wish to speak with them after your message is complete. Is there anything in particular that you wish to target to set your display for your "negotiation", Doctor?
*The large man's eyes light up behind his dark, small shades. He bellows a loud laugh, patting the robot on its "head"*
Robotnik: Good! Keep those lines hacked! I wish for the whole planet to see what is in store! Also, as for a target....I just happen to know one.
Oh...and find a way to send a message to a "Maria Robotnik". Tell her that there will be fireworks to "celebrate" and make up for what I've missed out on.
Oh ho ho ho ho ho ho ho ho!
--------
*Meanwhile...in a city scene....a small puddle of water seems to glide across the surface of a street, and into a drain. Several blocks down, it emerges again from another drain, only to disappear into the shadows...*

Gerrik stopped, and looked up at the sky, and growled in a very feral, and scary way, claws coming out, as he glared up. "Why is it back?" Strife looked at Gerrik,"What is?" "I sense the Black Arms...." he said and ran off before Strife could stop him. "Wait! How do you know it's the Black Arms!?" she shouted at him from the door, but he either didn't hear her or refused to answer back.

"Big brother Gerrik wait!!" the little raccoon started to try and run after Gerrik. She wandered what was wrong. she didn't know who this black doom person was, but she wanted t o know why he made her big brother so angry.
She looked back little as she ran "c..come on strifey..w..we gotta go find out whats wrong.." she yipped waving her little arms a little bit before running after Gerrik again. She wasn't exactly sure which way Gerrik had turned, since he was allot faster then she was.
