First off, normal Roleplay Haven rules apply here as well. There are, however, a set of rules for Naruto roleplaying.
1. You may not roleplay as any dead jinchuuriki or sealed bijuu.
2. You are allowed to create your own jutsu, just don't over do it.
3. There will be absolutely no tampering with cannon characters! Your character can not be related to any of the cannon's. They can be friends with or know them, but not be related or in a relationship!
4. No fan character's in Akatsuki. The statue has only 10 fingers, not five billion.
5. Your character is allowed to have only TWO different jutsu types. Like Fire and Water, or Lightning and Earth, ect
